My name is Maya Robles and I am a bookkeeper focused on helping small-business owners get more in touch with their financials. I know how stressful it can be to run a small business! My passion is helping business owners have more peace of mind and make more confident, strategic decisions to grow their business.
I am a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor who stays up to date on modern bookkeeping methods. QuickBooks Online is my specialty. I mainly work virtually, so we can work together seemlessly.
What To Expect
1..Transaction Categorization
I will categorize your financial transactions regularly, according to the organizational system that works best for you, me and your accountant.
2. Bank Reconciliations
Each month, I will cross-reference your transactions in QuickBooks with your bank and credit card statements to make sure our records are accurate.
3. Monthly Reporting
I will prepare and send you reports once a month. These will always include a Profit and Loss Statement, a Balance Sheet and a Statement of Cash Flows report.
